These are the official rules, (the "Official Rules") for the The ESPY'S Giveaway Presented by Endicia on ESPN Radio, (the "Promotion"). The Promotion is sponsored by ESPN Radio, a division of ABC Radio Networks Assets, L.L.C. (the Sponsor/Administrator) 77 West 66th Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10023, and is presented by PSI Systems, Inc. (d/b/a Endicia). (the "Promoter").
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., (EXCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SUCH RESIDENTS IF LOCATED IN AN OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS, PUERTO RICO AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES), who are 21 years old or older as of the date of entry, (an "Entrant” or "You"). Entrant and Guest must pass a background check in order to be deemed a Winner. Offer void where prohibited by law. For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Eastern Time (ET). This Promotion is made up of one entry period with one drawing in which all eligible entries are automatically entered.
The Sweepstakes begins 12:00am EDT Monday, May 19, 2014 and ends 11:59 pm EDT Sunday, June 8, 2014 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). This Sweepstakes is made up of one entry period with one drawing in which all eligible entries are automatically entered.
To enter the Sweepstakes an entrant must be a member of espn.com or one of our family of sites (ABC.com, ABCNEWS.com, Disney Online, EXPN.com, Family.com, Movies.com). If an entrant is already a member, the entrant should log onto ESPNRadio.com, click on the link for the Sweepstakes and follow the instructions to enter the Sweepstakes. Registration is free at all of the above sites. If the entrant is not a member, the entrant can register by logging on to ESPNRadio.com, clicking on the link for the Sweepstakes, clicking on the registration link, and following the instructions. Entrants will be asked to provide their name, e-mail address, zip code, birth date, gender and to select a password. Entrants will also be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails from the Administrator/Sponsor. Consenting to receive promotional e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to become a member or win and will not improve an entrants chances of winning. Entrants may also be asked to answer survey questions, view promotional content, or to consent to receive promotional e-mails from the Presenter. Answering survey questions, viewing promotional content, or consenting to receive promotional e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes and will not improve an entrants chances of winning.

LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ONE PERSON HAS MORE THAN ONE E-MAIL ADDRESS) OR E-MAIL ADDRESS (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS) OR MAILING ADDRESS (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME MAILING ADDRESS) PER DAY (up to a total of 28 entries during the entire Sweepstakes Period).
One (1) Grand Prize. Winner will be randomly selected on or about Monday, June 9, 2014 from all eligible entries received.
In case of dispute as to identity of a winner, such entry will be declared made by the registered user of the e-mail account, and if a prize is won, and such registered user is a valid Entrant, the prize will be awarded to such registered user.
Sponsor will conduct the drawing. By participating, Entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor's decision will be final and binding in all respects. Winners will be notified on or about the date of the prize drawing.
Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (winner and winner's travel companion) to the ESPY Awards in Los Angeles on Wednesday, July 16th, 2014. Winner must be able to travel on dates surrounding the event.
Trip includes roundtrip coach air transportation for two from a major airport near the winner's residence (in the 50 United States or D.C. only) to Los Angeles, 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) in Los Angeles, two (2) ESPY Pre-Party Tickets, two (2) ESPY Live Broadcast Tickets, two (2) ESPY Post-Party Tickets, and $300 spending money.
Grand Prize Winner who lives in the Los Angeles metropolitan area (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator) will receive local
transportation for the winner and winner's travel companion between winner’s home and the events in lieu of any air transportation.
The difference in value will not be awarded to the winner. ESPY Awards event tickets will be awarded on-site and are not transferable.
Total Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $4,850.
Actual value depends on location of winner and fares and ground transportation costs at time of travel. Winner is not entitled to the difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the Grand Prize.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER AND WILL BE BASED ON THE ACTUAL RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZE.
Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses relative to participation in Promotion (including meals, gratuities, and acceptance of prize) not specified herein. Grand Prize Winner must provide own transportation to and from airport of departure.
LEGAL DISCLOSURE – BACKGROUND CHECK: In order to use ESPYS event tickets (referred to hereinafter separately and collectively as "Package Ticket(s)"), Winner and Guest must agree to, and pass, a background check. If Winner and Guest fail to provide necessary information or consent for the background check in a timely manner, or fail to pass the background check, then Winner and /or Guest will not be permitted to use any event tickets, or attend any events. Other terms and conditions may apply. Neither Sponsor/Administrator nor Promoter will be responsible for any cash equivalent for unusable event tickets.
If Grand Prize Winner is unavailable on trip dates, winner may be disqualified and an alternate selected, time permitting. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change and availability. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates, or prize items. Guest of the Grand Prize Winner must be 21 years of age or older, or, if a minor in their state of residence, Grand Prize Winner must be their parent or legal guardian. In the event the Grand Prize Winner or Grand Prize Winner's guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and winner's travel companion home with no further compensation. Winner and guest must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID) in order to travel. Prize is not transferable except at discretion of Sponsor. No prize substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for prize of comparable value. Sponsor reserves the right it its sole discretion to award the actual cash equivalent of any prize in lieu of the prize itself. The prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). All entries will be declared made by the registered user of the e-mail address.

Once travel guests are selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, or any other persons providing any Grand Prize-related services or accommodations. Additional prize award details and travel information to be provided to the winner at the time of notification. Winner and guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of prize events due to unforeseen circumstances.
Employees or agents of Sponsor, Promoter, and their respective parent and successor companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and the members of their immediate families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
If potential winner does not respond to notification e-mail within two (2) days of its transmission, or should an e-mail, after up to three (3) attempts, be returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where legal, Publicity Release, within three (3) days of the date printed on the prize notification. Travel companion of Grand Prize winner must sign and return a notarized liability release and publicity release (where legal) prior to issuance of travel documents. Both Winner and Travel companion must also complete required paperwork and pass the Background Check. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected, time permitting.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, or suspend this Promotion for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion; or (b) earthquake, flood, fire, storm or other natural disaster, act of God, labor controversy or threat thereof, civil disturbance or commotion, disruption of the public markets, war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared). In such event, the prize winners may be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination or suspension if such a drawing is held.
By participating, Entrants release Sponsor, Promoter, and their respective parent and successor companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and the employees, officers, directors and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities. Except as otherwise prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants permission to use his/her name, address, likeness, photograph, and statements to Sponsor, Promoter, and their respective parent and successor companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotional agencies for advertising/publicity purposes in any and all media, worldwide in perpetuity without further compensation.
