Bleier, Harris lead rushing rampage

If it keeps working, don't stop.

The 1975 Steelers rushed for 295 yards in a 27-20 victory over the 1983 Raiders.

Franco Harris was his usual workhorse with 32 carries for 128 yards, but unheralded Rocky Bleier had two runs of 30-plus yards in racking up 124 yards on 15 carries. Quarterback Terry Bradshaw even joined the fun, running in for two touchdowns while adding a touchdown pass to Harris as the Steelers improved to 2-1 in Super League action.

The Raiders (0-3) had one last chance in the final minute to the game, but Dwight White sacked Jim Plunkett, who fumbled with L.C. Greenwood recovering. It was the Raiders' third turnover -- a problem that continues to plague the winless squad.
