Whoa, Nellie! Packers win

The 1996 Green Bay Packers like to spread the ball around their Week 12 victory was another example of that.

Keith Jackson had 113 yards receiving, Antonio Freeman caught two touchdown passes and Dorsey Levens rushed for two scores as Green Bay defeated the 1971 Dallas Cowboys 31-20.

The Packers (7-5), who led the NFL in scoring in 1996 despite not having a 1,000-yard rusher or 1,000-yard receiver, took a 21-10 halftime lead as they came out throwing. Brett Favre connected on a 55-yard throw to Jackson to set up Levens' first touchdown and later hit Freeman for a 34-yard touchdown pass.

Duane Thomas had 129 yards rushing for Dallas (4-8), which lost for the fourth time in five games.
