Earnest Byner had a monster day and Chip Lohmiller booted a 47-yard field with two seconds left as the '91 Redskins beat the '99 Rams 30-28.

Byner, known for his fumble in the AFC Championship Game while playing for Cleveland, rushed for 132 yards on 21 carries, including an impressive 15-yard run in the third quarter in which he deked three Rams defenders and then plowed over linebacker London Fletcher for the score.

Lohmiller, who had missed two field goals in the first half, redeemed himself with the long-range boot. He also connected on a 50-yarder at the end of the first half.

Kurt Warner had another big for the Rams with 319 yards, but his squad fell to 0-3. The tough Washington defense limited Marshall Faulk to just 58 yards rushing, although Faulk did catch 13 passes for 108 yards.
