Eligibility: The Train Like a Pro Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of 10/26/09. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of ESPN/Starwave Partners d/b/a ESPN Internet Venture ("Sponsor"), Unilever ("Presenter"), Project Support Team, Inc. ("Administrator") and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion/fulfillment agencies, and anyone else connected with the production and distribution of this Sweepstakes (hereafter, collectively "Released Parties") and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. To enter the Sweepstakes online, entrant must be a member of ESPN.com or one of our family of sites (ABC.com, ABCNEWS.com, Disney Online, EXPN.com, Family.com, Movies.com). Registration is free. If entrant is not a member, entrant may register by clicking on the link as indicated on the Sweepstakes entry page and following the instructions. Entrant will be asked to provide his or her name, complete address, email address, telephone number (area code included), birth date, gender and to select a password. Entrant will also be asked to consent to receive promotional emails. Consenting to receive promotional emails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to become a member or to win a prize. As a member, entrant may enter the Sweepstakes by first logging in to the system with entrant's current username and password. Entrant may then be asked to answer survey questions or to consent to receive promotional emails from the Sponsor. Answering survey questions or consenting to receive promotional emails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or to win a prize. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that all contact information is up-to-date and accurate.

Three (3) Ways to Participate: The Sweepstakes will be divided into a Grand Prize drawing and Weekly Prize Drawings; however, separate entries are not required. Eligible non-winning entries from the Grand Prize Drawing will be carried over into the Weekly Prize Drawings, as fully described below. Beginning at 12:00AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 10/26/09 through 11:59PM ET on 1/4/10 ("Promotion Period") consumers may enter using one of three (3) methods: 1.) Online: Visit ESPN.com, search for keywords "Vaseline" or "Vaseline MEN", complete the ESPN.com member sign-in and fully complete and submit the online entry form in accordance with the instructions provided to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant who entered via this method, the name of the "authorized account holder" associated with any given email address will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, an online service provider, or another organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. 2.) DirecTV: If you are a current DirecTV subscriber and the authorized account holder, you may turn your satellite TV receiver to Channel 115 between 6:01AM ET on 12/28/09 and 5:59am EST on 1/4/10 and follow the instructions provided to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. You must be a DirecTV subscriber to enter via this method. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant who entered via this method, the authorized account holder assigned to the DirecTV account used at the time of entry will be deemed the entrant and will be required to comply with these Official Rules. 3.) Mail: Hand print your full name, complete mailing address, daytime phone number (with area code) and date of birth on a piece of 3"x 5" piece of paper and mail your entry to: Train Like a Pro Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 17124, Bridgeport, CT 06673-7124. Each mailed entry must be mailed in a sealed, properly stamped & hand printed #10 envelope to be received by 1/12/10 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per stamped outer envelope. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address per day regardless of the method of entry. Additional entries received beyond the specified limit will be void. Photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, automated & mass entries and entries by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. Proof (to Sponsor's satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder of any given email address or DirecTV account may be required by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, stolen, damaged, garbled, delayed, undelivered, illegible, postage due or misdirected entries or mail; failures or malfunctions of satellite dish service, phones, phone lines or telephone systems or other communications malfunctions; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections including those through www.espn.com; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; printing or other errors appearing within these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, technical, electronic or otherwise. The use of automated entry or similar devices is prohibited and entries through such prohibited devices are void. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants give their express permission to be contacted via telephone, email and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes only.

Grand Prize Winner Selection: Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 1/22/10 from among all eligible entries received by Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Grand Prize winner will be notified by email, telephone, overnight delivery and/or mail.

Weekly Prize Winner Selection: Potential Weekly Prize winners will be selected in ten (10) individual random drawings (two (2) winners per week for a total of (20) winners) conducted on or about 1/22/10 from among all eligible entries received for the applicable week of the Promotion Period. Each Weekly Prize Drawing will be held from among all eligible online entries received for the applicable Weekly Entry Period (defined below), as well as all mailed entries received eight (8) days following the conclusion of the applicable Weekly Entry Period. For the purpose of this Sweepstakes, Weekly Entry Periods will begin at 12:00AM ET on a Monday and ending at 11:59PM ET on the following Sunday, with the exception of the final week which will end on a Monday. Non-winning entries received for one (1) Weekly Prize Drawing will carry forward to and be included in subsequent drawings. Potential Weekly Prize winners will be notified by email, telephone, overnight delivery and/or mail. Odds of winning a Weekly Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable weekly drawing. Limit one Weekly Prize per person, per family and per household.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA for a personal training session with a high-end trainer (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's primary residence in the U.S., 2-night standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room), a 90-minute training session with a high-end trainer selected by Sponsor and ground transfers to/from the airport/hotel/training session. In addition, the Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) football autographed by Michael Strahan and a one-year supply of one Vaseline MEN lotion awarded as twelve (12) 24.5 oz. bottles. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,800. Actual value of prize may vary depending on winner's city of departure and final itinerary. Travel, hotel and other arrangements to be determined by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining any/all necessary documents (including but not limited to valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. Other travel/accommodation restrictions may apply. Trip must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if winner lives within a reasonable driving distance of Los Angeles, CA, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and to award no additional compensation in such event. Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays. Training session is subject to security and other policies designated by Sponsor and may not be recorded, photographed or videotaped by winner, winner's guest or any other third party (other than Sponsor or its designees) for any commercial or other purpose. If personal trainer cannot attend the training session for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, but the trip portion of the prize is still available, winner will receive $350 in lieu of the training session and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. The exact duration, location & activities of training session shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. (20) Weekly Prizes (two (2) prizes per week): One (1) football autographed by Michael Strahan and one (1) 24.5 oz. bottle of Vaseline MEN lotion. ARV: $78 each. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Football is not game used. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. ARV of autographed football is subject to fluctuation based on the featured athlete and current market value at time of prize award. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $4,360.

Miscellaneous: Winners are responsible for any federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of prize not specified as covered as part of prize herein, including, without limitation, meals, luggage fees, gratuities and insurance for the Grand Prize. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prize (or portion of prize) is permitted except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability and then for a prize (or applicable portion of prize) of equal or greater value as determined by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of issuance of notification. Grand Prize traveling companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of 1/22/10 and will be required to sign and return a Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. Non-compliance with the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner. Designation of Grand Prize winner is subject to verification of the Affidavit/Release. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) Released Parties and their designees may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification, and 2.) Released Parties and their designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Sweepstakes (including any activities performed during Training Session). Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination or suspension, at its discretion, select winners for the drawing at issue from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of termination or suspension.

Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check of any and all records of the Grand Prize winner, including without limitation, civil and criminal court records and police reports. To the extent necessary under law, Grand Prize winner shall authorize this background check. Sponsor may also take all steps necessary to corroborate any information provided to Sponsor by Grand Prize winner in his/her interview. In that regard, Grand Prize winner will be obligated to provide necessary contacts and information so that Sponsor may conduct such investigation. Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to disqualify Grand Prize winner from any prize element, based on the background check.

Email Change of Address Policy: It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Sponsor if his or her email address changes. To do so, click on the help link at the bottom of any ESPN.com page, then click on the Change Personal Information link and follow the instructions provided.

Disputes/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (i) all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by New York law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be (A) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (B) filed only in the state or federal courts situated in New York County, New York state, i.e., Manhattan, and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes, claims or causes of action; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

Privacy: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, select the prize winners and fulfill the prizes, and will be treated in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy accessible on its website at www.espn.com.
