Eligibility: Get In, Get Confident, Get back to the ESPY's presented by Supercuts Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older who are of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside as of date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of ESPN Internet Ventures ("Sponsor"), Supercuts, Inc. ("Presenter"), Project Support Team, Inc. ("P/S/T" and/or "Administrator") and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, advertising/promotion/fulfillment agencies, anyone else connected with the production and distribution of this Sweepstakes (hereafter, collectively "Released Parties"), and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. To enter the Sweepstakes, entrant must be a member of ESPN.com or one of our family of sites (e.g., ABC.com, ABCNEWS.com, Disney Online, ESPNRISE.com and Family.com). Registration is free. If entrant is not a member, entrant may register by clicking on the link as indicated on the Sweepstakes entry page and following the instructions. During registration, entrant will be asked to provide his or her name, physical address, zip code, telephone number, email address, birth date, gender, to select a user name and password and accept the Terms of Use on ESPN.com. Those who are already members of ESPN.com will be asked to enter their account information (email address or user name, and password) to enter. Entrant may then be asked to answer survey questions or to consent to receive promotional emails from the Sponsor and/or Presenter. Answering survey questions or consenting to receive promotional emails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or to win a prize or increase an entrant's chances of winning. As a member, entrant may enter the Sweepstakes by logging in to the system with entrant's current username and password. Entrants are responsible for insuring that all contact information is up-to-date and accurate.

How To Participate: Visit www.espn.com between 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on 5/16/11 and 11:59:59 AM ET on 6/26/11 ("Promotion Period"), complete the member sign-in, search for keyword "Supercuts", and fully complete and submit the online entry form in accordance with the instructions provided to receive one (1) entry. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person or valid e-mail address per day for the duration of the Promotion Period. Additional entries received beyond the specified daily limit will be void. The name of the "authorized account holder" associated with any given e-mail address will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, an online service provider, or another organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof (to Sponsor's satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, or misdirected entries, email messages; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems or other communications malfunctions; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections including those through www.espn.com; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; printing or other errors appearing within these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, technical, electronic or otherwise. The use of automated entry or similar devices as specifically set forth above, is prohibited and entries through such prohibited devices are void. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes only.

Winner Selection: The potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 6/27/11 from among all eligible entries received by P/S/T, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified by email, telephone, overnight delivery and/or mail.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: A 3-day/2-night trip for winner plus one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend the 2011 ESPY Awards Ceremony currently scheduled for 7/13/11 & a $200 Supercuts gift card. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's primary residence in the U.S. to Los Angeles, CA, 2-night standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room), admission for winner and guest to the 2011 ESPY Awards Ceremony & ground transfers to/from the airport/hotel/Awards Ceremony. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,950. One (1) First Prize: One (1) 55" flat screen television valued at $1,500 and one (1) surround sound system valued at $1,000. ARV: $2,500. Twenty (20) Second Prizes: One (1) prize pack consisting of one (1) $50 Supercuts Gift Card, one (1) Supercuts product basket and one (1) ESPN hat and one (1) ESPN t-shirt. ARV: $125 each.

Any warrantee's, additional/optional equipment and all other costs and expenses associated with First Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are not included and are solely the First Prize winner's responsibility. Television advertised may not be actual television awarded. Contents of gift basket to be determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary depending on winner's city of departure. If the actual value of any prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Travel, hotel and other arrangements to be determined by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner and his/her respective guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining any/all necessary documents (including but not limited to valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. If Grand Prize winner chooses not to take a guest, then the guest element will be forfeited and the remaining elements shall constitute full satisfaction of the prize. Other travel/accommodation restrictions may apply. Trip must be taken on date and time designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if the Grand Prize winner lives within a reasonable driving distance of Los Angeles, CA, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and to award no additional compensation in such event. Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays. Terms, conditions & restrictions on gift cards may apply. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Total ARV of all prizes: $8,950.00. Miscellaneous: Winners are responsible for any federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of prize not specified as covered as part of prize herein, including, without limitation, hotel upgrades, meals, luggage fees, gratuities and insurance for the Grand Prize trip. Limit one prize per person, family or household. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of a prize (or portion of prize) except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability and then for a prize (or applicable portion of prize) of equal or greater value as determined by Sponsor. Potential Grand & First Prize winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within three (3) days of issuance of notification. Grand Prize traveling companion must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age) as of 6/27/11 and will be required to sign and return a Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. Non-compliance with the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner. If any prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) Released Parties and their designees may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification and 2.) Released Parties and their designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, including but not limited to war, strikes, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination or suspension, at its discretion, select winners from among eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event requiring such termination or suspension.

Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check of any and all records of the prize winners, including without limitation, civil and criminal court records and police reports. To the extent necessary under law, prize winners shall authorize this background check. Sponsor may also take all steps necessary to corroborate any information provided to Sponsor by any winner in his/her interview. In that regard, prize winners will be obligated to provide necessary contacts and information so that Sponsor may conduct such investigation. Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to disqualify any prize winners from any prize element, based on the background check.

EMAIL CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICY: It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Sponsor if his or her email address changes. To do so, click on the help link at the bottom of any ESPN.com page, then click on the Change Personal Information link and follow the instructions.

Disputes/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (i) all issues and questions concerning these official rules shall be governed by New York law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be (A) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (B) filed only in the state or federal courts situated in New York County, New York state, i.e., Manhattan, and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes, claims or causes of action; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

Privacy: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, select prize winners and fulfill prizes, and will be treated in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy accessible on its website at www.espn.com. .
