The #DDFieldPass Predictions Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at or about 06:00 pm ET on September 8, 2014 and ends at or about 11:59 pm ET on December 26, 2014 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, there will be sixteen (16) separate entry periods (each an "Entry Period") as detailed in the Entry Period Chart below.
The Sweepstakes is open only to permanent legal US residents currently residing in the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, as of their date of entry, whichever is greater, and who already had access to view ESPN during the Sweepstakes Period, prior to hearing of this Sweepstakes. Franchisees and employees, directors and officers of Dunkin’ Brands Inc. ("Sponsor"), Bottlerocket Marketing Group, LLC ("Administrator"), ESPN Inc. ("Promotional Partner") and any of their respective affiliates, franchisees, parents, subsidiary companies, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties"), and members of the immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or those living in the same household, of any of the foregoing are not eligible. Void where prohibited, or otherwise restricted by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. You must have a non-private Twitter account to enter this Sweepstakes. If you do not have a non-private account, there is no cost to create one at www.twitter.com. Please note that you must agree to comply with the Twitter Terms of Service (https://twitter.com/tos) and Privacy Policy (https://twitter.com/privacy) in order to create your Twitter account. Once you have such an account, you must become a follower of at least one of the following accounts (the "Accounts"): (a) @DunkinDonuts; (b) @ESPN; (c) @ESPNFantasy; or (d) @ESPNMondayNight. It is free to follow any or all of the Accounts on Twitter.
At various times throughout each Entry Period, which are detailed in the Entry Period Chart below, one (1) question will appear on-air during Monday Night Countdown on ESPN and five (5) questions will be tweeted from the Accounts. The questions will contain calls to action for participants to either click on the polling card (if via twitter) with their answer and hit tweet to submit their entry, or to reply @ the applicable Account with their answer to the question and to include either the hashtag #DDFieldPassSweeps or the hashtag #DDFieldPass in such reply (hereinafter an "Entry"). Each Entry will be placed into the applicable Entry Period's weekly drawing (each a "Weekly Drawing"), as well as the first prize drawing (the "First Prize Drawing"), and the grand prize drawing (the "Grand Prize Drawing"), as further detailed below. Answers need not be correct to earn an Entry. There is a limit of six (6) Entries per person, per Entry Period; regardless of Account(s) responded to (one (1) per question per Entry Period). All Entries must be received during the applicable Entry Period to be eligible. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged.

For the avoidance of doubt, your spot on such leaderboard in no way increases or decreases your chances of winning a prize herein. The leaderboard is for entertainment and competitive purposes only.
On or about one (1) business day after the end of each Entry Period, Administrator will perform a Weekly Drawing, from amongst all eligible Entries received throughout the applicable Entry Period, in order to select ten (10) potential weekly prize ("Weekly Prize") winners. The odds of being selected as a potential Weekly Prize winner depend upon the number of eligible Entries for the applicable Weekly Drawing. Once confirmed, as detailed below, each Weekly Prize winner will receive one (1) twenty-five dollar ($25) DD mGift. A DD mGift is a virtual Dunkin' Card that is sent to either your email address or mobile phone. To claim the mGift via a mobile device, simply present the QR code that the link takes you to in order to redeem the mGift. To claim the virtual Dunkin' Card via email, just print the redemption form with QR code and take the physical piece of paper to a participating Dunkin' Donuts location to redeem. mGift Terms and Conditions and rules and restrictions apply. The total ARV of all Weekly Prizes available to be awarded herein is four thousand dollars ($4,000.)

The total ARV of all First Prizes available to be awarded herein is five thousand dollars ($5,000.)
On or about one (1) business day after the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Administrator will perform a Grand Prize Drawing, from amongst all eligible Entries received throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period, in order to select one (1) potential grand prize ("Grand Prize") winner. The odds of being selected as the potential Grand Prize winner depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period. Once confirmed, as detailed below, the Grand Prize winner will receive free DD coffee for one (1) year (awarded in the form of five (5) one hundred dollar DD Cards) as well as a trip to Arizona Prize Package that consists of: (a) round trip coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest from an airport near to Grand Prize winner's home, to an airport near Glendale, Arizona, in Sponsor's discretion; (b) one (1) night hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) in a hotel in/near Glendale, Arizona, in Sponsor's discretion; and (c) a VIP football experience in Arizona on February 1, 2015. The ARV of the Grand Prize is five thousand and five hundred dollars ($5,500).

Upon such notification/notification attempt, the potential Grand Prize winner will be required to respond to such direct message as indicated and provide their email address for further correspondence within forty-eight (48) hours of such notification or notification attempt, or the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate potential prize winner may be selected and notified. Once the email address is provided, Administrator will send an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, as well as a Liability and Publicity Release for their guest (collectively the "Prize Claim Documents") to such email address. The Prize Claim Documents must be executed and returned to Administrator within forty-eight (48) hours of them being sent, or else such prize may be forfeited, in Sponsor's discretion. If in any instance, notification attempt(s) for a potential prize winner fail for any reason, or if a potential prize winner is found to have not complied with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected and notified (time allowing). Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use the name, Twitter account information, actual or simulated likenesses, biographical information, city, state, opinions, and prize information of prize winner(s) for advertising and promotional purpose(s), in perpetuity, throughout the universe, in any and all media now or hereafter devised in any manner, without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. Further, winners shall indemnify the Released Parties from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from breach of these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute as to any account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register at www.Twitter.com will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
The total ARV of all prizes available to be awarded herein is fourteen thousand and five hundred dollars ($14,500). No transfers of a prize, in whole or in part, will be permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with another prize of greater or comparable value, as determined by Sponsor. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. The Grand Prize winner will receive an IRS 1099 Form at the end of the tax year in which they receive the Grand Prize for the actual value of the Grand Prize. Potential Grand Prize winner and guest must be able to travel on dates specified by Sponsor (based around the weekend of 2/1/15). If potential Grand Prize winner confirms themselves as the Grand Prize winner, and later cannot travel on the dates specified, Grand Prize winner will forfeit the prize, and, time allowing, Sponsor will move on to an alternate potential Grand Prize winner. If for any reason Grand Prize winner cannot find a guest to travel with them, those portions of the prize will be forfeited, no additional consideration shall be provided, and Sponsor shall owe no further obligations to Grand Prize winner other than to award the remainder of the Grand Prize Package. The decisions of Administrator and Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. All standard and stated mGift and DD Card terms and conditions apply. In the event the actual retail value of a prize is less than the ARV stated in these Official Rules, no additional compensation will be provided, as the ARV is only an estimate. All Grand Prize details, including but not limited to seating, flights, hotels, and dates, are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and other tax liabilities arising from this Sweepstakes are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash. Tickets and passes are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon. Seat locations will be a Sponsor's sole discretion. Grand Prize winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of applicable portion of prize. Actual value of the Grand Prize depends on the city of departure, time of travel, any airfare fluctuations and on current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment, and any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded. Travel arrangements will be made through the travel coordinator designated by Sponsor/Administrator on a carrier selected by Sponsor. One or more stopovers may be required on any air transportation. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or similar items once they are in Grand Prize winner's possession. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies, venues, or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations herein including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. If any portion of the Grand Prize is unable to take place as planned, for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellation, scheduling conflicts or an event of force majeure, the remaining components of the Grand Prize will be awarded and Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation or substitution will be provided. The Grand Prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the affidavit and release and/or prize travel documents, or elsewhere. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. Grand Prize winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code-share flights may be used. Prize components cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, and no portion may be separated except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Grand Prize winner must have a valid U.S. photo identification and credit card in his/her name. Grand Prize does not include, other than detailed above, insurance, telephone charges, personal expenses, meals, gratuities, ground transportation, parking, souvenirs, incidental charges, taxes, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules, and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and/or guest. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification or administration purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By participating in this Sweepstakes or by accepting a prize, you hereby provide permission for Sponsor and its designees to use your name, twitter account, city and state of residence and likenesses for promotional, advertising or any other purposes, in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, in any manner, without further compensation notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.
Participants, by participating in the Sweepstakes, release and agree to hold the Released Parties harmless from and against any and all liability, claims or action of any kind whatsoever, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death and bodily injury, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto) and/or participating in this Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes-related activity, whether sponsored, held by or paid for by a third party or by Sponsor. Additionally, the Released Parties are not responsible for late, misdirected, lost, or illegible Entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing, administrative or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the verification of participants, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related activity or materials. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it suspects of tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in a unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of any devices or entry mechanisms which subvert the participation process will void all participation by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using such methods. If Sponsor terminates the Sweepstakes prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will select the potential winners in a random drawing from among all valid, non-suspect, eligible participants received prior to termination, if any, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, or as otherwise may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. If the Sweepstakes cannot take place as planned due to, for example, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Sweepstakes will take place on the earliest possible date thereafter, time permitting and as the situation permits.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANTS HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTRANT OR WINNER FOR DAMAGES THAT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE TO BE AWARDED TO THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY PROVISION IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES WILL NOT BE DEEMED A WAIVER OF SUCH.
THE SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN NEW YORK, NEW YORK. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF ("JAMS RULES"). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN NEW YORK. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN THE COUNTY OF NEW YORK. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.
Any personally identifiable information collected during this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor and used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy as stated at http://www.dunkindonuts.com/privacy.html and as allowed by law.
