The ESPN & Domino's Trivia Challenge ("Promotion") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of ESPN Internet Ventures ("Sponsor"), teamDigital Promotions, Inc., Domino's Pizza LLC ("Presenter") and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion/fulfillment agencies, anyone else connected with the production and distribution of this Promotion (hereafter "Released Parties") and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Promotion is void where prohibited by law. To enter the Promotion, entrant must be a member of ESPN.com or one of Sponsor's family of sites (e.g., ABC.com, ABCNEWS.com, DisneyOnline.com, Family.com). Registration is free. If entrant is not a member, entrant may register by clicking on one of the family of sites listed above and following the instructions. During registration, entrant will be asked to provide his or her name, physical address, zip code, telephone number, email address, birth date and gender, select a user name and password and accept the Terms of Use on ESPN.com. Those who are already members of ESPN.com will be asked to enter their account information (email address or user name and password) to enter. Entrant may then be asked: (i) to answer survey questions or (ii) to consent to receive promotional emails from the Sponsor. Answering survey questions or consenting to receive promotional emails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter this Promotion or to win a prize, nor does answering survey questions or consenting to receive promotional emails increase an entrant's chances of winning. As a member, entrant may enter the Promotion by logging in to the system with entrant's current username and password. Entrants are responsible for insuring that all contact information is up-to-date and accurate.
Consumers will be eligible to participate between 10:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 11/2/14 and 11:59 PM ET on 1/3/15 (the "Promotion Period"). There will be nine (9) Weekly Entry Periods throughout the duration of the Promotion Period (each, a "Weekly Entry Period"). Each Weekly Entry Period will begin at 10:00 AM ET on a Sunday and conclude when four-hundred (400) Weekly Promotional Codes have been claimed, but no later than the following Saturday at 11:59 PM ET.
To be eligible for a Weekly Promotional Code entrant must be one of the first four hundred (400) participants to visit www.espn.com/Dominos during any given Weekly Entry Period, correctly answer all five (5) football-themed trivia questions (as determined by Sponsor in its sole direction), and be logged into their ESPN account. If participant does not have an ESPN account, they can create one at espn.go.com NOTE: There is no cost to create an ESPN account. There is a limit of one (1) Weekly Promotional Code per person, per ESPN account and per email address per Weekly Entry Period. Odds of winning a Weekly Promotional Code will depend on the number of eligible participants who are logged into their ESPN account that are one of the first four-hundred (400) individuals to correctly answer the five (5) trivia questions.
Entrants attempting to use multiple ESPN accounts, email addresses or identities may be disqualified, at Sponsor's sole discretion. Additional attempts from any person, ESPN account or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entrants must be one of the first four-hundred (400) participants who correctly answer all five (5) trivia questions during any given Weekly Entry Period as well as logged into their ESPN account to be eligible. Incomplete and inaccurate entries are void. The name of the "authorized account holder" associated with any given email address will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, an online service provider or another organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Proof (to Sponsor's satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor.
Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, inaccurate, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, stolen, garbled or undelivered entries or transmissions; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission, processing or communication; interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless, server or other connections including those through and/or by www.espn.com; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures; lost, non-delivered, misdirected, blocked, or delayed email notifications; garbled, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Promotion-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, telephone, electronic, mail or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries and/or the announcement of the prizes. The use of script, macro, automated entry, mechanical or similar devices or other any other devices that subvert the entry process to participate is prohibited and all entries through such devices are void. By entering this Promotion, each entrant gives their express permission to be contacted by the Sponsor and/or Administrator by email, telephone, overnight delivery and/or mail for Promotional purposes only.
A minimum of (1) & maximum of (3,600) prizes will be awarded, with final quantity to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. A maximum total of (3,600) Weekly Promotional Codes (400 per Weekly Entry Period): Each $15 Promotional Code may be redeemed online at Dominos.com, in-store at a participating Domino's store location and/or through the Domino's app. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $15 each. Terms, conditions and restrictions on Promotional Code may apply, as designated by issuer. All Promotional Codes must be redeemed no later than 14 days after time of award. Prize details not specifically set forth herein are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Total maximum ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $54,000.
Winners are responsible for income, federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of prize not specified as covered as part of prize herein. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of a prize (or portion of prize) except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability and then for a prize (or applicable portion of prize) of equal or greater value as determined by Sponsor. If any prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner will be disqualified and prize will not be awarded. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1) Released Parties and their designees may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification; and 2) Released Parties and their designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or participation in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate this Promotion (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, including but not limited to war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared), labor controversy or threat thereof and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion and, in the event of termination or suspension, at its discretion, select the winner(s) from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event requiring such termination or suspension.
It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Sponsor if his or her e-mail address changes. To do so, click on the help link at the bottom of any ESPN.com page, then click on the Change Personal Information link and follow the instructions.
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (i) all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by New York law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be (A) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (B) filed only in the state or federal courts situated in New York County, New York State, i.e., Manhattan, and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes, claims or causes of action; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, announce the prize winners and fulfill the prizes, and will be treated in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy, accessible on its website at http://disneyprivacycenter.com.
